The Cash For Clunkers Program will help you replace a clunker with a brand new car. Select your desired manufacturer on the right, and you'll see which of their cars will qualify for the program.

You should first find out what your current combined MPG is by visiting fueleconomy.gov. If you're looking at cars, and the replacement has a combined 10 mpg better than your current vehicle, you qualify for $4500 savings. If it's 4 mpg or better, than you can get $3500.

If you're looking at trucks, if it's 5 mpg or better increase, you'll get $4500. If it's only 2 or better, you'll qualify for $3500. The combined numbers listed below are based on the highest performing style. You will need to talk with a dealer to confirm the final numbers.
